It's not easy being a blogger

I tell you what! I've had an amazingly hard time keeping up with all mys sites and also running this blog. For those of you who have come back a few times to see for any updates, I'm sorry but there haven't been very many in the past few months.

My online endeavors are actually doing quite well and I'm starting to make some significant revenue with them.

I will continue to post more and more tips, tricks, and secrets as I find the time, but between my 13 websites, extensive PPC campaigns, media buying, forum postings, and other blogs... I've had one heck of a hard time keeping up!

Save Money Pumping Gas!

TIPS ON PUMPING GAS (Good information)

I don't know what you guys are paying for gasoline.... but here in California we are also paying higher, up to $3.50 per gallon. But my line of work is in petroleum for about 31 years now, so here are some tricks to get more of your money's worth for every gallon..

Here at the Kinder Morgan Pipeline where I work in San Jose , CA we deliver about 4 million gallons in a 24-hour period thru the pipeline. One day is diesel the next day is jet fuel, and gasoline, regular and premium grades. We have 34-storage tanks here with a total capacity of 16,800,000 gallons.

Only buy or fill up your car or truck in the early morning when the ground temperature is still cold. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground. The colder the ground the more dense the gasoline, when it gets warmer gasoline expands, so buying in the afternoon or in the evening....your gallon is not exactly a gallon. In the petroleum business, the specific gravity and the temperature of the gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, ethanol and other petroleum products plays an important role. A 1-degree rise in temperature is a big deal for this business. But the service stations do not have temperature compensation at the pumps.

When you're filling up do not squeeze the trigger of the nozzle to a fast mode. If you look you will see that the trigger has three (3) stages: low, middle, and high. In slow mode you should be pumping on low speed, thereby minimizing the vapors that are created while you are pumping. All hoses at the pump have a vapor return. If you are pumping on the fast rate, some of the liquid that goes to your tank becomes vapor. Those vapors are being sucked up and back into the underground storage tank so you're getting less worth for your money.

One of the most important tips is to fill up when your gas tank is HALF FULL. The reason for this is, the more gas you have in your tank the less air occupying its empty space. Gasoline evaporates faster than you can imagine. Gasoline storage tanks have an internal floating roof. This roof serves as zero clearance between the gas and the atmosphere, so it minimizes the evaporation. Unlike service stations, here where I work, every truck that we load is temperature compensated so that every gallon is actually the exact amount.

Another reminder, if there is a gasoline truck pumping into the storage tanks when you stop to buy gas, DO NOT fill up--most likely the gasoline is being stirred up as the gas is being delivered, and you might pick up some of the dirt that normally settles on the bottom.

Hope this will help you get the most value for your money.

Don't type in your domain

If you are going to check on your site, I learned that it's better to not directly type it into the search bar, but rather to type in your best keyword (one you rank for) and click through it organically that way. This works especially well if you are going to be on your page for a while because search engines time how long a visitor (who clicked through an organic result) stays on the page.

Do this enough with yourself, friends, and colleagues and I guarantee that you will start ranking higher for that particular keyword.

Just a little tip of the trade for you guys!

Updating Blogs

I wish there was a way to automatically update blogs. A service like that would be great for tons of blog owners who are not consistent with their posts.

If there is a way to have this automatically happen, it would be something that I would invest in.

Please someone let me know if you know of such an application!

DateHookup.com - Free Online Dating

I run my own dating website, so I am always looking at what other sites are doing and I think I found quite a creative one. It's an online dating service site called DateHookup.com and it actually has quite a big member base. I signed up (it's free by the way) and checked at how many people were in my area; the results were amazing!

I actually found quite a few attractive looking ladies on the site and if you are searching for love, make sure you check these guys out. Forget about paying for a membership, this free service that I recommend everyone see for themselves.

Holiday Shopping

With Thanksgiving over with that leaves one thing for most internet marketers... it's time to make some serious money from online shoppers.

The holiday season is a great time to make a ton of sales from your affiliate site and you will see all the sales start to roll in.

On my poster site, Funny-Poster.com, I have already made over $100 profit in the past 3 days! Too bad all my sites can't be that great.

At any rate, make sure you put in the work this holiday season because it will really pay off.

Freeze It

During the time I lived with my sister and the years after where I have only seen her a few times a month (at most), there is always one thing in common: she is complaining about how bad her back hurts.

When she was younger, my sister Cat decided that it would be a good idea to try tricks on a snowboard that she was just not good enough to perform. On one of her "big rail" attempts, she not only broke both of her arms, but also hurt her lower back, which to this day (10 years later) is still bothering her. Here's a picture of her to put a face to the story:

Every time I see her I ask what she is doing to fix her back and she responds with the same response: I'm stretching it and doing light workouts, but it hurts so much when I'm done that I don't keep doing it. What's the solution? I think I have found it for her.

Recently I visited the site Freeze It and read up on their new product for pain relief. The advanced formula in their Freeze It Gel will not only help numb out the pain (making everyday living and sleeping more enjoyable) but also help with the rehabilitation process by allowing essential exercises to be done without being in a world of pain.

As a skeptic, I actually got my hands on a few packets of the trial size samples and used a bit on my left elbow. I was surprised at how strong the formula was as well as how quickly it started to work. Within minutes I was not feeling the pain but rather a soothing warming sensation, which definitely was a present change.

While on the site, I also saw this commercial on it and was most impressed. Check it out for yourself:

Just as it shows, Freeze It can help with soar muscles, muscle sprains, muscle strains, Arthritis, Painful Ankle, Knee, Hip & Elbow Joints, and much more.

Let's put it this way, if my sister had a years supply of Freeze It Gel, she would not be complaining as much as she does about how beat up her back gets, which would be a HUGE relief to me!
