Syndicating 3rd party ads is never a good way to make money online. I am not a fan of people who utilize thing like traffic rings or search surfers to promote their advertisements.
Not only is it not fair to the person who has to see all the ads, but it's not fair to the merchants who are paying good money for the ad. I know there has to be regulations against this, yet I consistently see it all over the web.
